I worked for this company for a year and a half and am currently working with them again. I was a virtual call center agent. I later became an employee with benefits and was an Agent Facilitator still working from home. I am still friends with one of their employees and my personal opinion is that this is still a great place to work. LiveOps works along side American Idol with their Idol Gives Back program handling the incoming donation calls. I signed up to help with those calls and it was a very rewarding experience.
