There are many virtual call centers that do offer benefits, as you are actually an employee of the company.  Some call centers require you to be an independant contractor however, it is possible to later be offered a different postion with those companies which would make you an employee at which time you would recieve benefits.  I was an Independant Contractor for LiveOps, Inc. but later became an employee and did recieve benefits.  LiveOps, Inc. does have great benefits with extras unlike most companies.  Most call centers will require you to be an agent for about 6 months before offering you a promotion.  Be sure to click on the Virtual Call Center Tab above to view more call center opportunities.
